Delicious Menu Presentation
The Executive Chef at Stone Ridge caters to any taste with a choice
of menus from gourmet to casual. Let us help you create a menu that
caters specifically to your event.
Bar Service
Liquor service is availble until Midnight. All alcohol purchased and
consumed on the grounds of Stone Ridge Golf Club must be distributed by
Stone Ridge Golf Club Service Staff. Under no circumstances can outside
alcohol be brought on to the property.
Deposits & Reservations
All reservations are considered tentative until a deposit and a
signed copy of the banquet reservation agreement have been received
and accepted. A date can be held for a brief period of time as determined by the
Catering Director. Deposits are non-refundable should the event be canceled.
Guarantees & Confirmation
An estimated attendance figure is to be provided at the time the function is
scheduled. Additionally, Stone Ridge Golf Club must receive a guaranteed
guest count no less than seven days prior to the event. If no notification is
given, the number of guests listed on the contact becomes the guarantee.
If more guest attend additional charges will apply if the number of guests
served exceeds the guarantee.
Payment, Tax & Service Charge
Full payment for all charges must be received no later than five days prior
to the event. All quoted prices are subject to an additional club service charge
and a 6.5% sales tax.
Food & Beverage Service Guidelines
Stone Ridge Golf Club will provide all food and beverage. No food and
beverage is permitted to leave the facility following your event. All other state
and local restrictions on alcoholic beverage service apply.
Decorating the Banquet Room
Banquet guests are permitted to decorate the Banquet room provided that
the decorations present no safety risk and are approved by the Catering
Director. The banquet host will be responsible for any damages, which
occur as a result of decorating the Banquet Room.
Music During Your Event
Bands and DJs are permitted and must be set up one hour prior to the
beginning of the event. No outside guests of the band are permitted, and
any food and beverage service for the band or DJ must be accounted for
in your final guest count guarantee. We ask that the music not continue
any later then Midnight.
Additional Services & Ceremony Fee
Our picturesque golf course is available for the wedding party for the
purpose of pictures at no addtional charge. All groups will be chaperoned
by a Stone Ridge Golf Club representative on golf carts and can have a
maximum of four guests. Valet parking and Coat Check are optional
services and both carry an additional charge. Our back deck is available
for Wedding Ceremonies. Ceremony service includes 125 chairs
with additional gathering room behind the seated area.
